If that’s not enough, then add Swahili culture and history, swanky cityscapes, Indian Ocean beaches and the Lamu Archipelago. And hey, to keep things interesting you can snorkel just off the coast of Somalia.

Travelling down the coast of East Africa, forts, medieval mosques and palaces, and faded colonial ruins start to feel familiar, very fast.
